Baggage Claim at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
The baggage claim is on the ground level of the airport terminal. When you exit the doors on baggage claim you will be on the lower "Arrivals" drive.

Baggage Carts are available at the entrances and exits and in the Baggage Claim area.
